Your board, not a worked example

You build it on your own business, with your own numbers, in the session. Not a demo you watch and adapt later.

Two weeks where it runs without you

We skip the holiday week on purpose. Your board runs unattended, and we open the next session with what died. Scheduled work does not error when it stops; it just quietly produces nothing.

Small enough to interrupt

You can stop me and ask why. That is the entire reason to be there live rather than read the course.

Thanksgiving week is skipped on purpose. Your board runs unattended through it, and session two starts with what that turned up.

How it runs

Four live sessions in a group of eight, working on your own board
The course and the Kit included, so there is nothing else to buy
A two-week unattended run in the middle, and the session that unpacks it
Recordings of the teaching blocks, and the working files afterward

The teaching blocks are recorded and shared with the cohort. The working sessions are not, because your real numbers are on screen during them.

You don’t need this to finish the course. The My AI Board course is self-paced, complete on its own, and costs a fraction of this. The Lab is for people who want to watch the decisions get made in real time and ask about their own situation while it happens.
